Employee Appreciation Day at N.C. A&T brings together faculty and professional staff to celebrate the people who power the Aggie experience.
Hosted by the Division of Human Resources, the event recognizes years of service milestones while strengthening community and connection across campus. This floating experience enables employees to stop by throughout the day to engage, be recognized and reconnect with colleagues. Through shared moments of appreciation and recognition, the event reinforces N.C. A&T’s commitment to a culture where employees feel valued, seen, and supported.
