The Office of Employee Engagement & Success (OEES) was established to ensure that every member of our workforce, faculty, staff, and student workers feels empowered, valued, and aligned with the university’s mission. By prioritizing communication and collaboration, assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement, recognition and success, and accountability and transparency, we aim to foster a workplace culture where every individual can thrive and contribute meaningfully to NC A&T’s goals.
