Reservations 

• Room Rate: $195/per night plus tax (Double and King Rooms)
• A two-night minimum stay (10/10 and 10/11) is required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided to complete your reservation.
• Your card will be processed one-time. Please ensure there is nothing hindering your card processing. If the hotel is unable to receive authorization at the time of deposit processing, it will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. The hotel is unable to contact you for a secondary payment method.
• No-shows will be charged for the two-night minimum stay to the credit card provided.
• ·The cancellation deadline is Friday, September 26, 2025. Any cancellations made after the deadline will be charged for the two (2) night stay. To cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please email dmarble@sheratongreensboro.com.

Deposits will be refunded only upon full and complete cancellation prior to Friday, September 26, 2025. The hotel will not refund one credit card in exchange for a different card, nor will the hotel transfer a deposit from one room to another. Deposits remain on the reservation, and the hotel will not be involved in or held accountable for the distribution of any room deposit. If a reservation is changed over to another party, it will be up to the original guest on the reservation to get reimbursed for the deposit.
