North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will return to normal operations at midnight tonight (Tuesday, Feb. 3), lifting the Condition 2: Suspended Operations status that is in effect until then. The F.D. Bluford Library building will return to normal semester hours at 8 a.m. Feb. 4, 2026.
