Information for Graduates 

  • Apply for Graduation: Available via Aggie Access- Effective Mar. 2023, all applicants must sign a Code of Conduct agreement in order to complete a graduation application. Once the agreement is signed, the Code of Conduct hold will be removed and the application can be completed. 
  • Graduation Application Deadlines
Spring 2026: Oct. 6, 2025 – Feb. 6, 2026
Summer Session I: Mar. 9, 2026 – May 8, 2026
Summer Session II: Mar. 9, 2026 – Jul. 10, 2026
Fall 2026: Mar. 9, 2026 – Sept. 11, 2026 
  • Order Regalia Online: If you are attending the Spring 2026 commencement, regalia must be ordered.
    • All online orders must be placed by Mar. 26, 2026. This includes graduates, custom doctoral orders as well as faculty rental regalia.
    • The bookstore will resume selling regalia May 4-8, 2026. 
  • Grad Fair
Feb. 11-14, 2026
Take cap and gown pictures, order cap and gown, announcements, rings and more
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Student Center, Room 342

RSVP: All applicants must complete Tassel. Check your student email for the link to register from graduation@ncat.edu. The portal will open Mar. 10 and close on Mar. 29, 2026.

- Check the spelling of your name.
- Record your name for correct pronunciation.
- Check the college/department, ceremony date, time and location are correct.
- RSVP “Yes” or “No” for attending the ceremony. 
  • Name Card Pick Up/ Honor cords:To participate in commencement you must have a name card. Honor cords/stoles are also distributed at that time. Bring a valid ID for pick up.
May 4-6, 2026 – 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Deese Ballroom)
May 7, 2026 – 1 – 6 p.m. (Deese Ballroom)
May 8, 2026 – 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Office of the Registrar; Dowdy Building)
