Is there a fee to post positions on Handshake?

No. Once your organization is approved on Handshake, you can post internships and full-time positions to NC A&T students at no cost. Handshake also offers premium employer products for enhanced visibility.

How do I register for a Career Fair?

What majors and programs are available at NC A&T?

How far in advance should I start recruiting at A&T?

We recommend establishing your campus presence at least one full semester before your target hire date. For fall recruiting, begin outreach in the spring. For summer internships, post by September of the prior year. Early visibility leads to stronger applicant pools.

Can I target specific majors or class years?

Yes. Handshake allows you to target postings by major, class year, GPA, and other criteria. For on-campus events, we can promote to specific departments and student organizations aligned with your needs.
